Welcome to Lucky Pearl! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in any promotional offers. By engaging with our promotions, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Sign Up Bonus Rule

Promotions are available exclusively to users who have made a cash deposit!

1. Eligibility

Promotions are available exclusively to users who:
  • Have registered for a Lucky Pearl account
  • Have successfully completed ID verification.
Users who do not complete ID verification are not eligible to receive promotional bonuses, including birthday bonuses and referral rewards.

2. Referral Bonus

Referral bonuses will be granted only after the referred user:
  • Successfully creates a Lucky Pearl account, and
  • Completes their first deposit.
Referral bonuses will not be issued for incomplete sign-ups or users who have not deposited.

3. Birthday Bonus

To claim a Birthday Bonus, users must:
  • Have a verified Lucky Pearl account, and
  • Provide valid ID that confirms their date of birth.
Unverified users are not eligible for birthday-related promotions.

4. First Through Fifth Deposit Bonuses

Each of the first through fifth deposit bonuses may only be applied to a single game platform. For example:
  • If a user applies their first deposit bonus to Golden Dragon, they cannot apply that same bonus to Orion Stars or any other platform.
  • This rule applies individually to each deposit-based bonus (1st–5th).
Bonus misuse may result in disqualification from the promotion.

5. General Conditions

  • Lucky Pearl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
  • Promotions are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.
  • Users found to be in violation of the terms or engaging in fraudulent behavior may be banned from future promotions and have existing bonuses revoked.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lucky Pearl is not responsible for any:
  • Technical malfunctions,
  • Connectivity issues, or
  • Errors in user submission that may result in delayed or forfeited promotional eligibility.

7. Governing Law

These terms and any promotional disputes are governed by the laws of United States, and any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of law.
By participating in Lucky Pearl promotions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
